What's wrong?

I need help with Butch's toe...I purchased him on February 8 from the Pittsburgh Reptile Show. I triple-checked over him to make sure everything was okay before I bought him. He seemed perfect. On February 28, he shed for the first time since I had him. Yesterday I noticed that his toe was looking real funny, like it was bleeding. In the picture (it's really fuzzy), the tip of his, where his little toe nail is, looks like it's all shriveled up and about to fall off; and right above it is where it looks like it's bleeding, but it's really not. I thought there was extra shed skin restricting his toe so I put him in some warm water to soak, but it did nothing. And today, I noticed that the tip of his tail is doing the same thing. Is his toe and tip of tail going to come off? Should I take him to the vet or is there something I can give him/put on his toe? Please help. I'm really nervous about this.

Thanks,
Jenn

I don't understand why no one ever responds to my questions. Every question I've ever asked on here, no one replies.
