I cant get this thing to work, it cranks it all the way up and then, I adjust it, and then it cranks all the way down then its like it is not on. Is it not suppose to hold the temp steady? I came in today and temp was ok, and then all of a sudden it is not warm at all, its driving me crazy. Any suggestions
