Color

I was wondering when an Ornate Uro starts getting more color and brighter? Just wondering. . . . . 6 months, 1 yr, 2yrs?

Thanks,

it depends on the individual animal. i don't have experience with ornates yet.......hopefully soon, but not yet. but i do have experience with other uros....it depends on caging and care. cause some peoples ornates have grow like wildfire (robyn @proexotics) and have gotten color in the first few months of life. whether it be because of their set ups or care, but they have. others haven't, and they don't get much color until a year or so or even later.....as i said i haven't had much experience with ornates myself, so someone else might be able to offer up an average or their experiences.

just some observations i've made.
