I was watching my male JCP shed this morning, and these things are sticking out of the shed skin. They're right at the cloaca. The red speckles on them are pieces of bed-a-beast, not blood.

Your male is producing sperm.

I think it actually be sperm casts. There was a thread on I think the Ball forum about it a week or so ago.
