emilyni Mar 02, 2004 10:09 AM

I have a 3 y/o kingsnake and i recently aquired a ball python. they seem really curious about eachother. does anyone know if it would be possible to let them really meet eachother, or would it start a fight?? i know kingsnakes are known to be aggressive with other snakes, but im not sure. any clues anyone??

kingsnakes love to eat other snakes and should always be kept alone.

Also...it's never wise to introduce reptiles from different parts of the world to one another. Example: The African ball python may have pathogens in it's system that do not effect it, but could be deadly to an animal that has no resistance.

Kind of you going to latin america, and getting sick from drinking the same water that the people who live there drink every day with no problems.
