Yes, just make sure the pinkie isnt too big.

You sure can, many breeders and chameleon experts say advise you give them one every month. It isn't nessecary, but the bones in the mice provide good calcuim. They are best for gravid females, but once a month will do a male fine.

But many other experts say that pinkies are too high in protein and very hard on the kidneys. It's also unlikely that they eat pinkies in the wild. Baby birds, yes. Pinkies, no. Bottom line: I don't recommend it but if you do, don't feed more than one every month or two.
