This was a real wake up call for me.This blood is I'm guessing almost 7' long and as big as my thigh.I've read a 4'x2' cage are large enough for bloods, but man this girl is a beast I definatly need to build something like 6x3 feet.Any one else have any cage suggestions.I have pictures tomorrow, can't wait to see her after work, only got to put her in the cage so far.

I use 6' x 3' cages for all my adult blood pythons and boas. Personally, I just feel that a 4' x 2' cage is to small for either of these species.

Now I realize how big these guys really are in person, the 6'x3' cage sounds good to me, she just looks to cramped in the 4' cage.

I guess she's totally tame, she'll just hiss when you first try to pick her up, but she's just talking to you he says,lol.I'm going to wait a few days to pull her out, supposed to get some good weather here mid 70's this weekend.My wife doesn't even know about her, cant wait to see her expression when she see's her crawling across the yard.Pics coming today, talk to you later, Ethan
