Should i buy the ball on the internet that is cheaper or the ball that cost 20$ more at my local pet store?To make the question harder at both pet stores there ball pythons are c.b..

I personally like to see and handle snakes before buying. But then I also heavily consider the reputation and professionalism of where I buy from. I prefer to buy direct from breeders in person. It's really a personal choice. I'd say if you like the petstore ball and feel confident/comfortable with it's health, etc - go for it.

the ball at the pet store is $80 and the otheer 1 60$ total.

I say go for the pet store. At least there you can see the BP and his/her health so you have a better chance of a healthy BP.

Another factor to consider is whether or not the vendor is knowledgable about these animals and can offer information as well as the animal itself.

Also, the vast majority of "captive born" ball pythons in this country are most likely captive hatched from eggs harvested from wild caught females. However, they are still (generally) good quality as long as they were not neglected in the shipping process.

I would also tend to go for the animals that I can physically inspect before purchase. However, an online vendor with a good reputation for quality animals and integrity is almost as good.
