So you know those lady bug lookin things...?

newkid Mar 02, 2004 08:11 PM

We have lil beetles or whatever you call them around my area where I live that look like lady bugs but arent. They have same shape etc but are more of an orange shell. The dog wont even eat them but are they safe for my Leo?

If so its free food for life JK but may be a nice supplement?

Probably not...They could have eaten pesticides or herbicides. Why don't you try some and see if you are fine lol j/k

I would never feed my lizards anything that is found outside or in your house. That would be just like you going out and feeding on something you found on the ground. I would only feed my animals in the same fashion that i feed myself, meaning i dont go out and scavage free food for myself. Not to mention pesticides, diseases, and you never know what wild insects bite or get into.
