Your mating observations are consistant with what I've observed so I wouldn't be concerned. Most of the females I've had have laid eggs in June. Make sure that you give her plenty of calcium and a hide box with a moist substrate in which to lay her eggs.
You can set the eggs up after they're laid in a tuperware with damp vermiculite. Be careful not to rotate them when removing them from the hide. I incubate mine at room temp (low 70s) and they hatch in about 2 months.
Good luck!
