I’ve been incubating some gals at room temp and I might be able to help you out. The room temps have been a bit low(77-82) here in Arizona, but I haven’t noticed any ill effects on my eggs as of yet. What I look for is even condensation (droplets) on the incubation container; this tells me that there is a good amount of humidity for the eggs. I’d suggest putting them in a Styrofoam container if the temperature changes are more drastic in your area. What are you doing up so late bud? Anyhow good luck with your eggs!
Here 2 pics of my eggs from this season:

>>yay! she finally laid her second clutch ^_^ hopefully they're fertile, i have some questions though, im incubating for females, at room temp, im using perilite as the incubation medium
>>now..the temps read 80-83 but when i feel the perilite is somewhat cool is this ok or should it be warm?
