Marcia...follicles again?

Sybella Mar 03, 2004 10:48 AM

Can you please post a picture with the follicles present so that I can see what I'm looking for. I know you're good with a camera...I'm hoping you can do this. I'm very detail oriented but sometimes it really helps to get a visual on these things. Thanks, Doll!

I have tried unsucessfully on a few occasions to get photos of tummies where egg follicles are present, but I will keep trying. They are sometimes even difficult to see with the naked eye!

I had a feeling! LOL! Maybe I'll just have to come visit you so you can show me personally.

Those are definitely eggs in there!!! Follicles are different... they begin developing in the ovaries. Each follicle is composed of a tiny egg with a small amount of yolk, and after fertilization they detach and move into the oviducts where the egg develops until it is ready to be laid.
