Atleast that's what I was told when I asked that question on here. I guess there could be a possibility but I think it's not to common.

you can keep them together but you will not see any results until you seperate them for a little while. Mine showed no signs of looking to mate. they were together & i was going to buy another male for combat because i though he was not interested in his lady, but that was not the case. I put him in another container for a week & then put him in with her again. I walked out of the room & an hour later when i came back they were locked up & he's been mating like a savage since. so IMHO they need some time apart in order to get him to initiate mating. this has been my first year trying to breed so i'm no expert, but the results were as clear as day:
together all year w/o seperation = nothing
together all year w/ seperation = lots of mating

hope i helped good luck

It's possible. I asked that question to The Snakekeeper once. This was the answer:

"Is it possible to breed BP that are housed together?

Yes.

I have one male (1 1/2 years old, 560 grams) and a little female (9 weeks old, 130 grams). At this moment the little girl is housed seperate from the male in a 70x45x40cm terrarium. But when she gets bigger I want to house her together with the male in his 120x50x50cm terrarium. I like to try to breed them but I always hear and read that the BP are housed separate. And I don't have the space for another big terrarium. So can they stay together during the pregnancy and egg-laying? Or will she going to be disturbed by the male?

I would separate them during egg laying. When the eggs have been removed, you should be able to house them together again.
Good luck!!

Colette"
