are the semi clear spots alright?

and also, can i candle them in the incubator without picking them up

If your eggs look something like the ones below, then they are fine.... Notice the semi clear spots?

To candle them you must pick them up. I don't know of any way to candle them while laying in the incubation tub. The idea is to have the light shine through the egg.

to candle the eggs you can leave them in the incubator.....just use a "pen light" or medical "eye checker" and you just put it right next to the side of the eggg.....if it shows pink inside the eggs and you can see veins...then they are fertile.....if not, then they may not be.

I didn't pick mine up either. I just held the penlight at different angles until I could see veins.

Well, I have never candled an egg anyway
