Help, my Bolivian swallowed a football. What should I do?

hee hee After a couple months with huge follicles, she finally ovulated yesterday. This is the girl that produces those high peaked babies. I gave her last year off & now she is well over 7' & should throw at least 24 babies. I'm really looking forward to seeing what this litter looks like. This will be her 3rd litter & I'm hoping they turn out more like her 1st litter that her 2nd. And yes, for those who remember, the same male bred her.
