I finally got this girl to go. Very happy times over here. She is from Tim Mead. Unfortunately, the true local will never be known. Her mother is on page 46 of the Boa Constrictor Manual. There Tim calls her a Columbian B.c.c.. I'm pretty sure this isn't true though I am sure she's B.c.c.. I believe Tim picked these animals up from Tom Crutchfield. Last year at Daytona, I asked Tom if he remembered where they came from & he said Belem. This was after a few beers though so who really knows. Whatever they really are I'll probably never know, but I think they are beautiful (even though she's pretty dark here & the male is in full blue).
She's a good 8 1/2' & just massive now. I'm hoping for over 30 babies.
