Any suggestions on his colour morph?

rjharper Mar 03, 2004 06:40 PM

When I got Fuego he was advertised as a standard bd, with no specific colour morph, but he's developed some really nice olive and lavendar side bars, with some orange down his back too. any idea what morph this might be? I would hazard a guess at orange/sandfire but I really have no idea and would appreciate some suggestions from those of you in the know.

Thanks in advance from both of us.

Your little guy looks a lot like my little guy, and he is a cross between a yellow and a sandfire. I wish I had a picture handy, but I dont...he sure is cute, your little guy!

Well, you can't always put a morph name on a beardie with color. Some can get nice color coming from normal parents, you never know. There are always color extremes in any cross. If you have to call him something, I would call him simply an orange phase.
