Imported Amazon Basin Red-Tail

I got this guy from Chris at Gen-X Reptiles. This guy has some very interesting color- has the lateral color/pattern of a Rainbow trout. Very blue head color, a lot of blue on the body. I really wanted an import to get some fresh blood, as untainted as the wild can provide. Does anybody know which countries are exporting now? The reason I'm asking is he has some very nice traits but doen't "make" the scale count for a BCC, not quite sure, but it is less than 90. Please no lectures on superficial boarders. Other lectures welcome. Conjecture on locality very welcome.
Thanks-

I wish I could help on the locality issue, but I don't even know what the scale counts for BCI and BCC are. Good luck, and post more pics if you get a chance.
