Breeding opportunities

herpin2579 Mar 04, 2004 07:30 AM

Hey,

So far I have quite a collection of beardies. I have no idea what to breed to what. What pairs would make good looking babies. Here is a pic of the GG, also he has colored up ALOT since that picture. I will have pics of the crosses soon. I have the following...

1.0 Bearded Dragon (german giant)
0.1 Bearded Dragon (orange)
1.2 Bearded Dragon (red sandfire X yellow pastel/red sandfire)
1.1 Bearded Dragon (Citrus X yellow pastel)

Thanks,
Mike

Breeding isn't an exact science, I'm sure any of your crosses would have some turn out great. Even two dull colored beardies can produce gorgeous babies.

The German Giant has a reputation of being a healthy breed. So that is DNA that is probably good to pass down to the next Generation. If it was me I would breed the GG to whatever looks healthist and has nice color.
