Just a reminder, this bill has print issued as a second print and recommitted to Assembly Ways and Means committee. The text has been changed to indicate it would take effect on Sept. 1, 2004.
ALSO>>> It would allow SPCAs to come in and take possession of your animals if your license was revoked. They are the last people I want touching my animals(sorry but I've never come across an ASPCA person qualified to handle a bushmaster!).
Those of you who keep hots, pythons or crocs this will effect you. please contact your represenatives and voice your concerns.
