I adopted a snake today...

podcreature Feb 09, 2003 07:56 PM

I've needed a female ball python for a while now, but I lost controll and got a little striped male instead. They were rescued by my herp club so I only had to pay ten bucks for it. I doubt it is genetic, but his stripe only has two brakes in it and he has such a great temperment. He is a bit small for his age, I think. Due to the fact that he was probably starved by his previous owners. I will post some pictures when I get around to it. I guess I'll have to wait another hundred years for that female...and even longer for baby snakes.

That is cool! Gotta post some pics! Also, why dont you think it is genetic? There is a good chance it could be... Good luck with it all
