A friend of mine noticed one of his male dragons mounted and actually penetrating (or atleast the hemipenis was out)what he says is another male. Is this common?
What could be the reason?

He knows he made a mistake and I corrected him. They weren't housed together, they just happened to be at that particular time.

Maybe it was because there was no female to be had...Or maybe he was just hoping ...
I've seen females mount females too.

My best guess would be that it is a dominance issue. A lot of times males will mount to establish dominance.

It is kinda hard to know.Because basically anyone who has kept dragons on this forum knows not to house males together so it is impossible for anyone to answer your question.

i have 3 ladies who r in same enclosure .
now because i first wanan go on holyday i not have put mellow yellow with them.
and now i see the hormons of 2 ladies r realy working now ,both headbobbing and i even see them try to make love.
biting in neck and even the both vents r close the eachother and tail around the other tail
you almost would say they r lesbians.
buth i think the lack of a maole in the neiborhood will cause that
