rescued iggy

Hello all; I have an iguana that is a rescue. The former owner said they have had him since he was a hatchling and now is about 2 years old. All they ever fed him was DRY CAT FOOD !!!!!!!!!
and never had any uvb light or calcium sup. I have taken him to the vet and have him under proper lighting, but since he has never seen greens or other veggies he wont eat.ive tryed everything i can think of does any one have any ideas that might help this little guy?
