Albino gecko side bruising..?

I have an albino leopard gecko, approx. 2 months old. It seems to have this blue bruise like spot on its left side, towards the back on the underside (white part of it). I'm unsure if Awesome is a male or female at the time since 'it' won't let me pick it up due to I'm thinking fear. When it lays down the blue spot wrinkles up more on the underside, but the gecko doesn't seem to have a problem with eatting or doing its normal thing. I'm just concerned to what it is.
