Why the excessively long topic? Because of the seemingly random naming of these lizards. I'm wondering if anyone knows the official name of these lizards, and if they are ever available to the general public (without being wild caught?). To know what I'm talking about, check here:

I posted a message about forest chameleons a few days ago on the mountain and tree dragon forum (to me they are like Gonocephalus tree dragons), but I've had no replies. They are available, at least in Europe, as WC adults, but I've never seen CB for sale. This suggest that they are not easy to keep and breed long term? I would like to keep this species, but would like to hear from other keepers/breeder first. I do know that they need well ventilated, yet humid arboreal tropical forest type set ups. What I don't know is whether they benefit from a heated pool or even running water. Also, do they need hot drier basking areas or only muted light conditions?

first of all the only way to get non wild caught ones is to get a pregneant female and let her have the eggs, but after this you have to know how to incubate the eggs so it is pretty hard to get a captive bred or hatched one.i hav3e a magazine that has some info on these lizards adn ill try to get some info on here in a little bit.
