Lets assume I want to make a natural looking viv with the foam/fake rock type setup and am keeping a nocturnal lizard, i.e. Fattails or Leo's and would not be using any type of overhead lighting as a heat source...what would be the best and easiest way to setup the viv with an UTH or Flexwatt system?
Possible thoughts are to have an area that has slate tiles on it and setup the flexwatt under that area so the heat can rise and generate the temps I need there....but I guess you'd need some sort of lighting albiet black or red to keep the temps in the rest of the viv at an acceptable level???
Any thoughts?
