Hi, I was looking on your website and I noticed that all of your Hypo Tangerine Carrot tail eggs went bad. I was just curious as to what had happened. Is Goliath not fertilizing them? Do you expect to hatch any, any time soon?

Yes, I had problems with my male Goliath. He is either infertile, or very slow to reach sexual maturity. I'm going to hold on to him and try to breed him next year after I give him a cooling down period. Until then, I just recently purchased a nice very tangerine male from VMS herps and he is currently breeding some of the females that Goliath bred with, and some females that he hadn't bred with. I will have pics posted soon of the new male, and some females that I haven't gotten around to taking pictures of yet. This whole thing set me back in hypo tangerine breeding, but hopefully I'll have some in a few months. Until then, I'll just continue hatching patternless albinos and amelanistic fat tails, hehe.
