Im not sure what she is and need some help. form what a can say an argentina or central american. I just don't know

clearly central american, absolutely no argentine in there. may be of Nicaraguan locale, not sure, but CA for SURE.

Can it be a sonoran?

Sonorans have a big black arrowlike shape on their heads and much more black at that size, much less red..
