How do I post pictures that are from my own file? any one?

If they are saved in your hard drive, you cannot post them. They must be somewhere on the web before you can post them here, because you enter the link to the webpage in order to post a picture.
Easiest way to accomplish this? See the link above that reads "Photo Gallery"? Go there and you can save your images on there and then post them here. Try it!

Thanks alot but it says the image from my digital camera is to big and I don't know ohw to make it samaller. Sigh, oh well I guess I can't show the world my beautiful skink.

You have to shrink it in the original file first! I also had this problem. There must be someway on your photo program to adjust the size of the picture, then save it at the smaller size, then post it to the photo gallery!
