I just picked up a baby sav a couple weeks ago, and just got em started on pinks. I had to sort of pester him with a live pink, then sit it down and let the pink move around on its own. Eventually he figured out that it was food, after much sniffing. The cutting in half trick works well too, as someone else said.
>>In a nut shell I tried to give my sav a pinky and he just ignored it and let it sit their while he acted like it wasn't even their. But the proceeded to enhale 15 crickets. Does anyone know any tricks for getting them to take a pinky or is it one of those things that he will just learn as he gets bigger
