What do you guys think about this for a cage??

athos_76 Mar 05, 2004 07:40 PM

Well, here it is, my umpteenth hundred design for a cage, but so far, its the cheapest.

The view is good, methinks...

4ft wide x 2ft deep x 3.5ft high. With a seperate lighting compartment, which is vented for heat, and two hide boxes, a nice size waterbowl, a vent in back, doors that open in the center.

BTW its for a 7 ft coastal carpet.

Hehe...

By all means, use it...
Its super easy to make with a nail gun and liquid nails...just make sure when you attach the legs, they are good and secure. And also dont order the glass till the doors are built...I made that mistake and had to have an inch trimmed of the bottom of the glass... I'll post some better ways to build the hides to make them easy to clean too... And some pics of the finished project..
BTW this cage is huge...measure the room for it first
