help! not eating

hjk Mar 05, 2004 08:13 PM

i bought an adult female leo a few days ago and she still hasnt eaten. She doesnt seem interested in crix or mealworms. she sits in her moist hide all the time. she does seem active and alert when i get in her cage. i also just bought a young leo tonight. i put crix in for him and he wasnt interested either. he might be stressed from the ride home and stuff, but what could be wrong with the adult? oh yea, Bitsy (the adult) did have a bowl movement recently. any suggestions would be helpful. thanks.

Well Im certainly no expert but your adult may go day or so without eating and from what i understand your lucky if your new gecko eats right away.

I wouldnt worry just yet, hope things go ok
