New 10ft. Green anaconda - housing?

arik Mar 06, 2004 09:31 AM

I recently acquired a 10 green anaconda and am trying to figure out a solution to her future housing needs. I'm willing to spend the money but would like some input on some others cages. Either blueprints or diagrams or else any comercially available cages.

Is it a male or female?? What are you keeping it in now? I like to build cages personaly. Vision and other companies make nice set-ups that will hold a biggun.

I currently have her in a temporary cattle waterer at 85 F. I know that this is not adequate but, considering what I rescued her from, it's an improvement. However I need something rather quickly. What would be a good dimension for a homebuilt set up?

If its a her, then Id build one 10x4.
