mud and musk growth rate

i have an eastern mud and a razorback musk turtle, and they do not seem to grow much, i have had the raxorback for a year and half and he is pretty much the same size that i got him he might have grown like a quater of an inch but that is it, and the eastern mud i got in the late summer and he has only grew a lil also is this normall

How big were they when you first got them? Muds, and Musks stay pretty small (around 4in). So if they are around 4in, thats pretty much there full size.

no, when i got them they were about 3/4 of an inch and now they are like an inch and 1/4

Well there getting plenty of protien. Im not sure why there growing so slowy. Just be patient, and give them a more varied diet. Throw in some fish like rosies.
