Need help finding a pet

pacman101 Mar 06, 2004 01:56 PM

Ok I have an empty 29 gallon tank.I was wondering what I could keep in it( lizards or amphibians )I wanted something that doesn't eat alot of crickets( possibly something omnivorous )thats active and isn't real expensive and is readily available.I don't know if such an animal exists but thanks for any recommendations.

How about some sort of turtle?

Depends On how long it lives. And it would have to be something a beginner could take care of because I don't have any experience with turtles.

Your 29 will not hold any turtle for its whole life. And they live 50 years. Most true beginner lizards and frogs eat bugs so I'm kind of drawing a blank.
