My ball python hasnt eaten since May16, she was weighted May29, 1,324grams. I weighted her tonight and she NOW is 1,340grams. We think she hooked up with our male on memorial day weekend. Could this fasting and weight gain be a sign of being gravid???

Memorial Day, eh. See what happens when you go out of town - the kids go wild. 
Going off-feed is only one of several signs of being gravid. By itself, I would not worry too much. I have not noticed a weight gain in my gravid females - on the contrary, they lose weight. The best indicator I have found is when the snake is constantly seeking the cooler temps.
