My first crested, plus a couple unanswered questions...

Hello everyone. I posted a month or so ago about these little guys. I was at the Kentucky reptile expo today and there were several different ones. I originally went just to get some feeder insects, but I gave in and bought a gorgeous little red flame. I got him for $55, so I figured that was good deal. He is so tiny! I would say TL is maybe 1.5 inches. Hasn't eaten yet, but no big deal right now. I have it in a temporary critter cage, maybe 8"x4"x6". When I move my boa from her 29 gallon (within the month), I plan on moving the little guy to that. Today was the first time I had ever seen one in person. I got to handle an 8 month old sub adult, and it was all over, I had to get one. I wanted something that would be a similar size to my baby BW tegu, and these cresteds are just gorgeous. Very curious, but very shy. Anyway, these guys don't have eyelids do they? I can't tell, but I haven't seen him blink. Do they lick their eyeballs? If so I think that is so cool, kinda the gecko trademark. They are by far the easiest herp I have, so hopefully I'll only be a casual observer to this forum, but just wanna introduce myself and let ya'll know I'm here. I'll get some pics as soon as he is bigger (my camera sux on small photos w/good detail). Great advice on all past posts, it is much appreciated by people like me.
