Something Wrong with Wrists?

My baby always has one wrist bend down.Like the top of his hand is on the ground he doesnt favor one sometimes he does both.Is there something wrong?

Also this only happens when he is just sitting there after i place him down but once he starts running then stops he doesn't do it...(maybe i'm too worried)

I'm not sure I'm following you. So when the wrist is bent, it is resting...i.e. basking or lying down? When it is mobile, like walking or running, it is fine? if yes to both of these questions, I would think there is not a problem.
