Very dominant female

chakup Mar 06, 2004 10:47 PM

I have a female that is about 2 years old, I was told a proven breeder. She has ended being extremely dominant towards both my other female and my male. She will atack both of them, biting the back of the head, and also tail. Any have any similiar experiences, ideas?

I have a couple of females I can't house with other dragons....great breeders but very dominant....cage her seperately and when you want her to breed.....put her in another cage with the male alone supervised of course....or out in neutral territory supervised.

SHe has spent some time with my male supervised, he will head bob when she is in the cage usually when together he gets peporfamnce anxiety I think!!! He is still a little young and small compared to her. It's kind of funny, my one female is very dominant, and the other is a super push over. Please read before everyone flames, right now my male and push over female are together. They are very colsely watched. They "cuddle" all day, but no mating behavior. No head bobbing, nothing! It's almost frustrating.

He sounds like he's not ready yet, or he certainly would've done his thing, at least with the push over girl as you call her.....give him some time.....he'll get the job done.
