It depends on two factors, Eastern or Western race and Male or Female.

Western Herman's (hermanni hermanni), much rarer in private collections both male and female run roughly 120-135 mm. The Eastern (hermanni hermanni boettger) race, depending on where its from, can range from 125-260 mm. Females are larger in the Eastern race, and ones coming from Bulgaria and the former Yugoslavia are the largest, 195-260 mm.
