#1) How many juvie rats do YOU feel is a meal for a BP?
#2) Are full spectrum Fluorescent bulbs beneficial to the well-being of a BP?

My guy eats 2 rat pups at a feeding, and then wants to eat again in about a week. He is 3 years old and very healthy.

Nope, all research I have read shows that the full spectrum bulbs are totally useless for BP's. Anybody read anything different? If you get other reptiles, however, such as iguanas, turtles, etc, full spectrum is a MUST for them.
