45 gallon tank w/ledge

Somone on here has a 45 gallon tank with a cool ledge. Not sure who it is, so I'll ask they ?. Do you have a water part in the left side? Explain how its done if so. I have the coolest rock that is a black slate rock, problem is my tank is a 20 H, too small. It would look wayyy cool in a big tank.
