Rankins Dragon?

What is a rankins dragon? I've seen some pics of them but they were very poor. I would like to know what they are.

Hi there.
I saw a Rankin's Dragon on the Sundial
Reptile page. Basically, they're a Beardie,
but a bit smaller, apparently just as nice though.
