Depends on your gecko, i wouldn't feed then worms since they eat dirt. I tried a slug once and that TOTALLY didn't work.

I work for a herpetologist, he says earth worms are an easily digestable, good meal for most herps. They probably wouldn't look nice on the way out though... Granted, my herpetologist friend's specialty is with northern herps...
