Feeding a Milksnage another Sanke?

Is it safe to feed a milksnake a garter snake or anoles? If not what types of snakes is it safe to feed them?

What if they are both captive born? And I think you meant parisites and not parinoids, unless the risk is passing a mental disorder.

Why can't you just feed it rodents??? That would be less expensive...not to mention...how could you feed a snake another snake? I know in the wild they do eat each other but in captivity..makes more sense to just feed rodents.
