Help me

How often should I be cleaning my reptarium? What should be done while cleaning, just pickup up dead insects and poop and clean the dripper and receptacle? Do I just use hot water when doing this? Also, the last day or so my cham has been sitting in a spot for hours at a time. When he was sleeping last night, he was holding on only by his arms and the rest of his body was draped off the branch which scared the hell out of me, so i woke him up and poked him a bit to get him to sleep in a safer position. Last week i could see him drinking water and now i dont see him drink at all. i use a dripper w/ warm water, and put a squirt bottle on mist and point it upward and angle it towards the cage, also w/ warm water, and letting the mist land on the cage and i also make sure to squirt all sides of the cage directly, w/out hitting psych, to make sure the humidity is ok too. anyone got any hints or help??
