Looks like Chacos brother I had that I ended up selling to John Castellanos. Where did he come from? John lost one out of the pair of yellowheads I sold him during hibernation but I cannot remember if it was the male or female. I think is was the female.

I got Tonto last year with the female in pic Kewanee , bought them as a pair from an older man in Florida who was downsizing, due to health.
Oh and JohnC lost the male, Chacos brother died 
He was telling me few weeks back.
He was asking if I had a spare male. I have 3 Chaco, Kinky and Tonto,
but they are pets, I cant part with my adults, only hatchlings !
