Has anyone ever seen this before.

My male stopped eating about a week after coming out of brumation. I took him to a vet who gave him a de-worming medication, about 4 days ago. I have been giving him pedialyte and hand-feeding him crickets and some super worms cut up. He is now just passing the food undigested. I don't know what to do.

It is not looking good for my little guy.

Any help would be appreciated.

My feeling is he's probably regurgitating it. They do this a lot when overfed, and even more it seems when sick. I'm tray to stay with some foods like babyfood. Look for something with a lot of protein/calories. Use a sryinge, and make sure to get it way down the throat, or you could be filling the lungs with the stuff. Just don't overdo it. I'd say 0.5 cc would be enough to get the energy back. Keep with the Pedialyte too.

Best of luck with your lizard.

Yes, I'm sure that he is passing the food. It is accompanied with the usual white urea bit.

I will pick up some baby food tomorrow, and try that.

Thanks for your idea.
