Sick corn?

jm297667 Mar 08, 2004 12:11 AM

I have had my okeetee corn for about two months. I always check the cage for feces, and i usually find it about once a week. She is about 2 1/2 ft. long and i feed her a small fuzzie mouse twice a week. I haven't found any feces in the cage in the last two feeding, and i can still see the bulge in her stomach from a fuzzy i fed her on wed, and its monday morning now. I have wondered if she drinks from her water source. it's a natural looking rock water dish i picked up at a pet store. I've held her over the dish before and she has drank for 30 seconds or more, which i thought was weird, like she wasn't doing it on her own. Could her not drinking affect her digestion? She is in shed mode for the first time since i've had her, does that affect digestion? I also wanted to know if 2 fuzz mice a week is too much or too little. Any information would help, hopefully im stressing over nothing.
Thanks a lot,
Jud

As a suggestion, maybe check your cage temperatures (heat gradients).
