Very, very nice. Is that a hint of green on his backskull, or an artifact (reflection?) of the background in the photo? These guys are still my favorites. Thanks for posting the pics-

The dorsal suface of the head in "Baja" males is typically pale or off-white in color, so I think what you are seeing is a reflection of some sort. Adult male C. vestigium from the northern half of their range do exhibit olive green ventrolateral coloration however, particularly during breeding season.
